Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
2. Gathering New Hiring Data data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
3. Screening resumes and application forms
4. Screen resumes and application forms
5. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
6. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
7. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
8. Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
9. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
