The Sales Executive will work with the Marketing Director to develop new business, prepare
proposals and quotations of Target Integrations products and services, and negotiate and win
Sales Executive will be expected to:
Develop and maintain a customer database
Generate and qualify leads
Source and develop client referrals
Prepare sales action plans and schedules
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential
Negotiate with clients
Develop sales proposals
Maintain sales activity records and reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in-person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
In addition Sales, Executive will also be expected to
Support the Marketing Director in negotiating contracts.
Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of Target
Develop a good knowledge of the market; demand, competition, and prices.
Finding out/compilation of customer applications for our products;
Generating competitor intelligence,
Assisting in preparation of comparisons with competitors
Provide feedback and input from own markets to help shape marketing strategy for all
products and services.
