4. Assisting in organizing and coordinating hostel events and activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests to socialize and connect
5. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for improvement and growth
6. Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management, and preparing reports
7. Participating in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in hospitality management
