Position: Inventory Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities: Daily Basis Compilation of Advertisements published on Newspapers related to Commercial Office Space, Industrial Space, Warehouse & Land Details from all the News Papers (Times of India, Deccan Herald, Economic Times) of the Working Days, Sunday's & Holidays papers. Detailed information to be obtained & updated into the system by calling each Advertisement.

Daily Basis - Monitoring & Report Generation of - Inventory Executives on their Day to Day Activities, Jobs Assigned etc. to them.Maintaining Data Base all the Inventories collected by the Inventory Executives. Storing the Photos on a date wise, location wise, building name wise for the entire inventory collected by the executives in the same day in the evening. Storing & maintaining track of all the inventories sheets filled by the Inventory executives on day to day basis.

Further Calling & updating the inventory sheets filled by the inventory executives Quality & Quantity Assessment of the Inventories submitted by the inventory executives Submission of Daily Report on the activities done for the day for self-including reports of the inventory executives on their works done.
Emailing & Calling - Builders, Developers, Owners & Land Lords on for obtaining the information of latest availability on their buildings on regular basis and as and when information required by the Marketing Team.

Regularly Adding & Updating the verified inventory in to the designated Software System or to the Format given time to time. Creating & Maintaining Track of the Buildings Location Wise & Area Wise to know the up to date coverage.Maintaining Contact Matrix of the Builders, Developers, Owners & Land Lords The most important - The information available with us / stored in the computer should not be shared / given in part or in whole to any third party person or staff without management's knowledge. Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
