Ensuring a seamless and positive customer purchasing experience. That involves streamlining processes, optimising order fulfilment, and enhancing the customer journey in the ever-evolving world of online retail.

• Will need to develop and execute strategies to improve customer service throughout the eCommerce journey.  
• Implement efficient processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Utilize customer data analysis to identify patterns, preferences, and pain points and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, Warehouse, and customer support to ensure seamless integration across all functions.
• Track and analyse inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimising stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Manage customer accounts and provide support, addressing issues or concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Finance, CS and warehouse team to matters related to operations.
•  Need to be a team player and have people management skills as will need to manage and supervise team members reporting to you.
