Experience - 0 - 3 Years (Freshers can Apply)

Languages - English (Primary)

Skills - MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin. Should be good in working on Computers.

Looking for local candidate who stays in nearby areas of Vasai and can comfortably travel to work Location.

Job Timing - 10 AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Role :

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.

Oversee office cleaning and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Manage office security systems, including access control and surveillance.

Handle office budgeting and expense tracking.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.

Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.

Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Handle inquiries and complaints from clients and employees.

Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office.

Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Manage electronic and physical records according to retention policies.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
