1. Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors and vendors
2. Support the property management team in handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
3. Participate in the preparation and distribution of leasing documents, including rental agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation
4. Contribute to the organization and maintenance of property records, lease agreements, and other relevant documents
5. Assist in conducting property inspections and creating detailed reports on property conditions and maintenance needs
6. Aid in the implementation of operational strategies to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with property regulations and standards
8. Assist with the organization and coordination of property events and community-building initiatives
9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive relationship with current and prospective tenants
10. Support the team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
