About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on customer appointment follow-up & car pickup from customer location
2. Work on keeping customers updated on work in progression or work completion
3. Work on answering customer queries over the phone and in-person for visiting customers
4. Work on keeping all customer data documented and up to date for daily reporting
5. Work on conversing with customers on call
6. Work on managing upselling additional services to customers
7. Work on final delivery check via delivery checklist usage responsibility
8. Work on customer satisfaction score target of 95% to 100%

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Aug'20 and 30th Sep'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Must be able to work on MIS, ability to work on Excel, Tally, & data crunching

2. Must have a good client service exposure, for best clientele service every day

3. Must have the best documentation for 100% record maintenance

4. strong customer service background, especially experience in managing HNI customers

5. Must have a four-wheeler driving license (compulsory)

6. Must have good command over the English language (spoken & written)

7. Must have the ability to work under pressure for extended hours as per business needs

8. Must be self-motivated, go-getter, highly responsible, & full of integrity & discipline

9. Must be a master in sales & converting customers using company pitch & data

10. Must have the ability to manage & grow sales, meet sales targets month on month

11. Must be a team player, must be ready to cooperate in any situation & must have an outlook for best customer service at all times

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 10000 on every Meeting Revenue Goal Of 2 Hours. that you make or deliver.
