Housewise is the first professionally managed property management company with its headquarter in Pune, India. This startup was founded in 2015 by graduates from IIT and BITS after several years of their leadership careers with the industry. Housewise provides property management services to non-residents for their properties in India. Housewise has customers from around 21 countries across the globe. We are operational in 8 cities across India that include Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru & Mumbai.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in Pune city
2. Work on ensuring physical verification of the property and handle the advertising of the property online
3. Work on coordinating visits with prospective tenants, conducting a property inspection, and ensuring complete handover while tenants move in or out
