Presales Executive
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Contact the customers by telephone to promote apartments or projects and invite them to come visit the project site.
· Explain the projects and allied information to drive the potential customers for visiting the project site.
· Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
· Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
· Provide size, pricing details of the apartments
· Handle customer questions
· Obtain customer information including names, phone number, email id, current residence addresses and work location.
· Record customer details including reaction to the project and apartment in a CRM system.
· Coordinate and schedule customer visits with the site sales team on project sites.
· Conduct customer and marketing surveys
· Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
· Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
