We are looking for a Real-estate Sales Executive/ Manager/ Area Manager/ RM, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and managing the revenue stream.
You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring and providing training for our sales force and marketing staff.
The ideal candidate who is energized at the idea of managing people to
reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in
others.
In this key role, you will be developing and implementing process improvements
to reduce operational costs and to improve efficiencies as well as providing
leadership, guidance, and support for the sales team.
Area Sales Manager will be a strong leader who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively and has an inspirational style.
Sales executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team and guide them to success.
Responsible for
generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new
customers within assigned territory
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service,
pricing and new product release launches.
Report on sales activities to senior management
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Rich Experience of Commercial and Residential Sales
Who can easily handle the team size approx. 4 to 20 people
