Internshape is looking to onboard interns for a structured 6-month Career Accelerator program with following details:

• Open for students and individuals to take up full-time virtual (digital) internship programs.
• Education: MBA in Sales / Marketing (students who are in the final semester who have an option to do full-time industry internships are also eligible).
• The program is run in collaboration with Internshapes Industry partners.
• Interns shall be working on live projects with Internshapes partners in Digital / Social Media marketing and Digital sales domains.
• Program duration is a minimum of 6 months, with an opportunity for full time employment at the end of the program based on intern's performance
• Internshape shall provide onboarding, continuous coaching and partner specified training services to all interns.
• Each intern shall have an assigned Coach from Internshape. The program shall provide all skills necessary for the Intern to be industry / job ready.
• This is a fee-based program for the intern, which covers the program management, coaching and onboarding costs. The fee is payable in advance to Internshape upon selection for the project by the industry partner.
• Stipends, if and where applicable shall be directly paid by Internshapes industry partner to the intern
