1) Demonstration of vehicle to customer.
2) Nabbing for the customer & prepare Customer Profile Card.
3) Offer Test Drive, value chain products, fill commitment checklist
after confirmation from customer.
4) Completion of customer order booking formalities (both manual & in system).
5) Arrange for field test drive to customers in coordination with Test
drive in charge.
6) Coordinate with concern department to ensure the readiness of
vehicle as per delivery date & time agreed.
7) Explanation of documents to customer during new vehicle delivery
(KYV,safety booklet, owners manual, invoice, form 21 etc.)
8) Take Customer feedback on delivery.
9) Achieve retail targets for vehicle & value chain products (finance ,
insurance , accessories etc).
10) Attend all product trainings as per schedule.
