Ambient Global Research is actively seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist - Inside Sales to join our consulting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in a high-performance team dedicated to crafting sales strategies that attract, nurture, and effectively convert prospects.

What you’ll do:

Advise clients on investments in Equities, Commodities, Crypto currencies, World Indices, and Forex markets across South East Asia, Middle East Asia, and Europe.
Generate trial opportunities from provided leads.
Present and follow up on research solutions to prospective clients to showcase our services.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Generate revenue through phone conversations and persuasion.
Foster customer relationships through regular follow-ups and uncover additional sales and business development prospects.
Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
Manage clients and achieve or surpass revenue targets through new business development, upselling, cross-selling, customer retention, and acquisition.
