Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, bids, and quotations in response to client requirements. Ensure that proposals align with client needs, technical specifications, and pricing considerations.
Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on IT infrastructure, systems integration, software applications, and emerging technologies.
Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Address technical inquiries, clarify product capabilities, and overcome technical objections to advance the sales process.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers. Understand client goals and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through IT solutions.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the IT landscape. Gather market intelligence to identify potential opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
