About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will perform all the following roles:
Meet and exceed sales targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
Responsible for new client acquisitions, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Create a strong pipeline of sales leads for future revenue generating business.
Identify potential customers and register opportunities.
Visit existing clients to validate our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Negotiate price with the prospective clients as per internal guidelines/discussions.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Support Customer Service Team and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
Assimilate market information.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments supported by the Finance Team.
To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
