About the role

  • As a Sales Executive, you will perform all the following roles:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.

  • Responsible for new client acquisitions, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

  • Create a strong pipeline of sales leads for future revenue generating business.

  • Identify potential customers and register opportunities.

  • Visit existing clients to validate our service levels and develop new revenue streams.

  • Negotiate price with the prospective clients as per internal guidelines/discussions.

  • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support Customer Service Team and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

  • Assimilate market information.

  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments supported by the Finance Team.

  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
