Job Role

• Working with Sales leadership, and the Technical team, to satisfy customers and prospects.
• Responsible for Lead Generation with defined processes and new initiatives.
• Responsible to set up meetings and conducting product demos personally and remotely.
• Social Media Marketing account management.
• Managing prospects as they move down the sales pipeline, engaging with them at every level of the sales cycle.
• Developing relationships with customers, gaining referrals to prospective customers, and up-sells.
• Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer notes.
• Providing amazing customer service and answering solution-related questions.
