JOB PROFILE: -
· Counselling for Defour analytics training courses both visiting candidates at the centre as well as over the phone/visits.
· Conversion of leads/enquiries to enrolment
· Generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
· Responsible for managing the sales lead on CRM.
· Performing effective online demos to prospective clients
· Maintaining relationships with clients, by providing holistic solutions.
· Needs to have an empathetic ear and decent communication skills
· Managing the end-to-end sales process, including invoicing, collection, up-selling etc.
KEY SKILLS: -
· Inside Sales, cold calling, sales process, sales executives, communication skills.
