Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication and excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities, and utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.
• Present and demonstrate BLeadX- real estate CRM to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet their requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
