(Field sales) to help us build up our business activities.
You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable.
Responsibilities:-
- Sales profile into B2B & B2C market (field sales).
- Lead provided by the company & ; also have to generate through cold calls.
- visiting 4-6 meeting in a day
- Closing the deal & ; collecting the revenue.
- Login the sales into system
- Daily sales report to the manager
- Maintain relationship with existing customers
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance .
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
- Maintaining contacts with financial centre personnel and professionals contacts to build referrals.
- Skills required :-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written .
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Must be result driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities.
- Must have exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, negotiation, listening and reasoning skills.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Should possess good presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
