Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on handling all the queries generated through marketing (advertisement, SMS, online portals)
2. Connect and network with clients to promote residential and commercial properties across Delhi-NCR (Gurgaon/Noida)
3. Manage client queries on inbound & outbound calls and convert this tele-conversation into personal meetings
4. Plan & arrange site visits for the customer and accompany the customer during the site visits
5. Work on constant follow-ups with prospective leads
6. Make products knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources
7. Research the client base to find the best suitable real estate options for them
8. Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines
9. Work on maintaining MIS
10. Build client relationships while providing end-to-end personalized services; seek referrals
11. Keep a close watch on the real estate market trends & reports -competition analysis, existing & upcoming real estate development
