As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the Industrial Business for
Energy Business line based in Bangalore, India. Reporting to Marketing &
Sales Manager, you will be responsible for regular reviews with Product Group
Sales Manager and responsible to track progress in order intake, pursuit list,
business development, sales and marketing activity.
Your Responsibilities
· Budget planning: Business potential estimate, order forecast, and budget estimate on monthly basis. Ensuring sales productivity through the sales pipeline and delivering growth across the entire service portfolio and offerings.
· Growth: Identifying opportunities and take timely actions to ensure growth in line with the division and country targets.
· Market Intelligence: Ensuring continuous monitoring of competitors' offerings and market potential or requirements to develop and update the existing technology or processor solutions. Identifying the gap of new technologies in the market and communicate the same with business unit management.
· Bidding: Understanding customer requirements and ensuring preparation of techno-commercial offers. Conducting techno-commercial discussion with the customers on proposed technical offers in consultation and responsible for closure of all commercial terms & conditions.
· Product Promotion: Participating in seminars or exhibitions for product promotion activities.
· Techno-commercial: Ensuring Presales and Post-sales support to sales function as per the customer requirements and support service team to ensure resolving all critical issues with customers. Interacting with customers if required to close the open points. Participating in risk review and support the project team in risk mitigation and claim management.

Your background
· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in sales/marketing.
· Added the advantage in Sales, (F&B, environmental medical device)
· Required experience in Sales focused Water segment and testing Domain
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Valid Driver license
