Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing new business opportunities for the company. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding market trends, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients and industries.

• Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
2. Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients.

• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Market Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
4. Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling and customized proposals.

• Ensure proposals align with client needs and business objectives.
5. Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Close deals and secure contracts.
6. Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and creatively.

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.(Not Mandatory)
