Position- Sales & Marketing Trainee
Details of the position are as follows:
- Business Development and Operations.
- Identifying and developing potential business opportunities
- Candidate should be willing to travel to other countries where Company has Business Interests or in order to Develop Business.
- Organizing Sales Visits- candidate should be able to make his own travel plan to other countries and share with Reporting manager and discuss Business Potential present in the countries.
- Candidate must make a thorough market survey of the country he is visiting in relevance to cost heads that will directly and indirectly affect company’s affairs while performing a business activity in that particular country.
- Candidate must be presentable and confident, while giving Sales Presentations to Clients.
- Candidate must be quick thinker and must be able to make decisions, which in turn must be in the best interest of GRRL.
- Candidate should possess necessary skills with regards to Negotiation and Closing of Business Deals and Agreement.
- Maintaining Accurate Records.
- Attending Trade Exhibitions, Conferences and Meetings.
- Review and Monitor Sales performance of Self and Team.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
It is encouraged that candidate must maintain an open communication line with Reporting Manager/Senior Managers, for assistance and suggestions to improve his own performance and seek solutions as and when required.
