Job Title: Sales Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Participate in training sessions to learn about company products, sales processes, and industry trends.

• Shadow experienced sales representatives to observe sales techniques and customer interactions.

• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and objectives

• Learn to identify prospective customers and generate leads through various channels.

• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Learn to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipelines.

• Provide support to the sales team in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.

• Complete assignments, projects, and assessments as part of the training program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).

• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, if necessary
