Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Compiling and analyzing sales figures .Collecting customer feedback and market research Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.Negotiate prices or other sales terms.Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.Sale / Purchase / Renting of Residential Properties in Gurgaon. Working on verified Leads, confirmed inventory, arranging site visits and closing the deals. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties.
