§ To comprehend the IT technical requirements and source the relevant candidates
§ Line-up the relevant candidates for the interview
§ Coordinate with the stakeholders to execute the smooth interview drives
§ Follow-up with the candidates and the stakeholders for the final outcome of the interview
§ Maintain the database of the candidates in the software /EXCEL
§ Coordinate with the candidates and negotiate to onboard them
§ Managing and executing the bulk-hiring drives
§ Prepare the MIS of the monthly recruitment action
§ Strive to achieve the target within the stipulated time period
Reporting to the Delivery Manager
Work Hours: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm, 5 days/week (Mon – Fri)
Requirements:
§ Freshers – B.E., BTech any branch, BCA, MCA, BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree. No restriction on CGPI.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Joining Information and Compensation:
§ First 3 months Training: You will undergo on the job training by a team of experts for a month. And, after the first month of training, you will start to get a stipend of Rs.10,000 if you clear the assessments at the end of the first month.
§ After the full duration of the training, successful candidates will be absorbed Full-Time. Candidates who meet their targets (3 conversion in 3 months) will be joining us full time with a package of 1.8L to 3L per annum.
§ Candidates with higher performance will get performance bonuses & incentives too.
Location:
Work from home (WFH) as of now. You will just need a Laptop, mobile phone and good internet speed. After lockdown, either WFH can be continued
