Job description:

  • ·         Candidate should be able to handle US inbound calls
  • ·         Should be able to address customers concerns over the phone
  • ·         Should have excellent Interpersonal skills
  • ·         Should have good knowledge of computers and Windows Operating system
  • ·         Should be able to handle after sales queries about the customer purchased software
  • ·         Should be able to work in rotational US shifts
  • ·         Should be able to up-sell software and warranty plans

 Freshers, college dropouts and B-tech freshers with good communication skills can apply.

  • Good incentive structure, Stable company, Physical presence in three countries (India, US, and Dubai),genuine software support calls (no popups).
