Selected interns will receive training in the following areas:

• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Collaborating with hiring manager to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

• Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.

Requirements:

• Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written).

• Good knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
