 Education:- Bachelor in Engineering or Master in Management from reputed Institute
 

Experience :- 0 to 1 years of  marketing or interest in Markeing.

 Position Purpose

•         Finding new customers, and promoting and selling the company’s products.

•         He/She will typically negotiate and write contracts, coordinate deliveries with production and distribution, and service their accounts.

  Preferred Skills:-

Strong judgment & decision making, Excellent English communication, Negotiation and Persuasion, Risk Analysis, Costing, 5’s, KAIZEN, MS Office

 Duty & Responsibility:-

1.       Interact and exchange results with marketing managers and then communicate the plans among the team members.

2.       Oversee the efficient production of marketing materials and their timely updates in the allocated channels.

3.       Conduct market surveys, analyses the relevant data and find opportunities to explore

4.       Ensure alignment of customer’s and company’s understanding of marketing campaigns

5.       Coordinate with logistic and Customer for timely delivery and payment collection

6.       Coordinate with designing team for customized customer product before price confirmation.

 Competencies Required:-

1.       Preparation of statements, publicity materials and advertisement campaigns to be released to prospective and existing clients

2.       Evaluation of ongoing campaign’s performances, effectiveness and analyze the data to know its effectiveness

3.       Websites and social media content creation, updates and response

4.       Execution of marketing plans in the correct timespan

5.       Conducting market research and laying out the marketing strategies according to opportunities identified from such research

6.       Develop marketing reports, company brochures and other marketing related matter

7.       Working closely with marketing managers to update about the day to day marketing operations, staff performance and corresponding results

8.       Continuous evaluation of competitors strategies and formulations of action plans in correspondence to competitors market campaign.

9.       E-Mail etiquette, Word, Excel, Power Point

10.   Good personality with influencing speaking & writing English and culture of business location.

11.   Handling Customer Complaints and resolving issues.

12.   Knowledge of Export Procedure, Exim Benefits, GST , Commercial terms and Inco Terms would be added advantage.
