You are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Your day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research - carries out market research to gain a clear understanding of what an organization really want and how to promote its brand (actively involve in the brand promotion of the company’s profile)
- Developing the marketing strategy and plan (inbound & outbound)- You are responsible for developing marketing strategies for the organizations to promote its products and services to its target market with an aim of increasing its sales volumes and maintaining a competitive edge over its competitors.
- Overseeing and gathering necessary assets to develop a campaign (photos, copy, digital assets, brochures, etc.)
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Developing, reviewing, and sending proposals for new opportunities- Seminars & presentations.
- Developing well-structured content for use in marketing automation
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organising and participating in events and product exhibitions
- Managing campaigns on social media.
- Managing budgets for marketing
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will help to execute new Concepts-Manage the tele-marketing team to bring in prospective walk-in for admission
- Helps in creating designs for the company brochures, leaflets, posters and anything which involves the branding of the company.
- To provide efficient and professional counselling to Students and conducting regular counselling sessions for those on board.
- Counsel and advise students, individually or in groups in choosing an appropriate course for the student.
- Organize and maintain appropriate resources, reports and statistical summaries of the counseling.
