Customer Service Executives / Senior Customer Service Executives

• Passenger and Baggage Handling - The job involves extensive communication with passengers at the airport for booking, reservations, ticketing, complaint handling and passenger facilitation.

•    Excellent Communication skills and pleasing personality.

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.

Willingness to work in a 24x 7 environment which requires working in shifts, including night shift.

Fluency in English and Hindi is an essential criterion.

Security Executives / Senior Security Executives

• To perform all security related functions as given for airline operations by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security. Screening, frisking and overall safety & security of the passengers & their baggage.

• Excellent Communication skills and pleasing personality.

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.

Willingness to work in a 24x 7 environment which requires working in shifts, including night shift.

Air Ticketing or Reservations

• The job involves handling inbound and outbound calls of SpiceJet's external / internal customer's pertaining to bookings, reschedulements, queries, complaint handling and facilitation over the call.
• To respond on the questions about airline regulations, assisting customers on their travel plans.
• Adherence to departmental productivity standards
• Additionally, Reservation Executive could be involved in offering selling competitive prices & packages
• Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service.
• The candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts/ 24 x 7 Operations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Educational & Professional Requirements For

Customer Service Executives / Senior Customer Service Executives

• HS or Graduates candidate needed.Load and Trim certification preferred.

Educational & Professional Requirements For

Security Executives / Senior Security Executives

• H.S or Graduate candidate needed.Basic AVSEC and Screeners Certification preferred.

Air Ticketing or Reservations

• H.S / Pursuing Graduation / Graduate, Freshers can apply
