Job Description - Position Role & Responsibilities:
Direct management and coordination of all sales activities associated with company sales; including the development of new business
Establish sales target for the business
Manage and coordinate sales activities of key accounts for different business categories
Establish and implement review timetable to ensure generation of revenue, improvement in margins, and customer service
Ensure implementation of marketing programs
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate regional sales staff.
Formulate and develop manpower plans/train and develop field force.
Develop and manage sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal
The candidate Should focus on the expansion and acquisition of clients within the zone regions assigned.
Improve Client satisfaction and drive business volumes of the merchant relationship
Provide Leadership Directions to the sales team.
· To Achieve Sales targets
· Regularly track and report performance of the zone in terms of targeted sales and business volume
· To execute the campaigns for increasing terminal usage/activation/sourcing through the team of Associates.
· To Train and monitor sales and relationship teams and percolate down the knowledge, expertise, and corporate goals.
