Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
2. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product service problems.
3. Documenting all calls with regard to the customer’s query accurately in the software
4. Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to the supervisors.
5. Research required information using available resources/software.
6. Provide quality customer support on every call
7. Following call scripts to ensure quality support for customer satisfaction
8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
1. Must be at least HSC Passed
2. Salary – upto 15 K Flat
3. Looking for immediate joiner
4. WFO only from Ahmedabad
5. Fresher or experienced both considerable but looking for immediate joiner
6. Shift time – 08 Am to 08 PM (Any 9 hour shift) (Rotational Shift and rotational week off )
7. No holiday leave but if they are working on festival day they will be paid extra.
