Job Description:

As an HR Intern at First India Credit, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. You will assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and administrative tasks. This internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you can develop your skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Help organize and execute employee engagement activities.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and databases.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Duration:

This is a 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
