As an HR intern, your key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Supporting the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. Assisting with employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events and maintaining employee engagement initiatives.
4. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
5. Managing HR documentation, maintaining accurate and updated employee records, and assisting with data entry in HR systems.
6. Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee training, and development programs.
