What will you be doing:
1. Assist in organizing company events.
2. Provide with monthly HR reports
3. Coordinate recruitment processes.
4. Resolve employee grievances and queries
5. Assist in helping new hires.
6. Research industry trends related to the organization's Human Resources Department.
7. Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
8. Provide support to the HR Manager or Director as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources management.
2. Must be enthusiastic and have good English communication skills (oral and written).
3. Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative.
4. Ability to interpret, analyze, and explain internal databases.
