The successful candidate will work closely with HR professionals to support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in the preparation of employment offers.
• Onboarding Assistance:
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• HR Administration:
• Assist with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations:
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Learning and Development:
• Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
