Role and Responsibilities:-
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Pitching services and Qualifying opportunities to the appropriate level for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key prospects, and generate Leads.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects in CRM.
- Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Appointment Generation with Decision Makers (CEO's/CTOs),Place calls, conduct webcam conference calls.
- Prepare RFPs, and EOIs and be able to understand the scope, profit, risks, etc. • Preparing reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new Sales initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Network (e.g. LinkedIn) and strive to convert connections into clients. When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Developing quotes, rate cards, and proposals.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Flesh out marketing material such as project case studies and developer profiles (CVs) based on prospective clients' needs.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 0-1 years
- Qualification MBA / Computer Graduate
- An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- MBA/BBA degree or equivalent (preferred)
