REConnect has also ventured into Electricity Portfolio Management (EPM) and forecasting services for Wind and Solar power in addition to demand forecasting and energy data analytics.
Job Profile:
Comprises of operations, data analysis and development.
Day-to-day monitoring, operations related with forecasting & scheduling and track of day to day open issues with in the defined business process.
Contingency handling & reporting.
CRM and client query handling.
Candidate should be result oriented, self-motivated and must be able to take complete ownership of the entire function.
Ensuring accuracy of reported data and comparing it with the existing generated data from system.
Provide appropriate technical support to collect SCADA/OPC/Meter data and to integrate data into the system.
Identify operational priorities by observing and studying business process. Investigate issues and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
Resolve any operational issues arising in forecasting and scheduling process, by coordinating with teams internally and with the client/OEM externally.
Expected Skill Set:
Degree : Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy/Computer Science
Required Skills and Knowledge :
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues to all stakeholders.
Basic coding skills - Knowledge of Python/Java an added advantage.
Clarity of thought in dealing with many outstanding issues and efficient resolution of them.
Basic understanding of power and energy concepts.
Other Skills (non core/soft skills):
Ability to interact and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
Persistence in following up with stakeholders and resolving open issues.
