The Personal Assistant serves as a key point of contact and ensures smooth coordination of both professional and personal affairs.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the individual.
- Manage and update the calendar to ensure optimal time management.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the individual and various stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the individual.
Travel Arrangements:
- Organize and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, expense tracking, and data entry.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Task Prioritization:
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they arise.
Problem Solving:
- Resolve day-to-day challenges and find solutions to various issues.

Event Coordination:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.

Education:
