Using our services, millions of payees are paid billions of dollars from Amazon business and its subsidiaries as per withholding tax regulations.
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience building highly technical products that will change the way Amazon manages tax compliance for our customers around the globe.

Responsiblities

A Product Manager for Payee Engagement is responsible for owning and supporting the life cycle of below components

Taskless is an end-to-end solution for businesses to maintain withholding tax compliance.

• Identity collection, verification, and governance: Payees provide tax identity information and documentation, with real-time validation and instant feedback on desktop and mobile.
• Customer Self-Service Portal: enables payees to provide and manage their tax information and get instant support from tax operations teams.
• Operations management, data remediation, and insights: A dedicated portal for internal Tax Operations specialists to manage identity, withholding, and reporting data.

Product Manager aims to streamline the experience for payees or improve the operational efficiency of operations

The successful candidate will be expected to own and deliver our goals in partnership with business, software and operational teams. He or she will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment .You must have a passion for breaking down complex problems, understanding customer needs and delivering holistic solutions through continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management .
• Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver customer-facing products or services in a product management or similar role.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes
• Analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
