Sales Assistant

Job brief:-

Looking for an experienced as well as fresher and well-organized Sales Assistant to provide the necessary support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:-

·         Preparation of Quotation in ERP (System Entry)

·         Verify quotation from seniors, (Checking and Authorize form seniors)

·         Send quotation to customers

·         Follow up to Quotation

·         Order Processing in ERP, Assist to Senior for Order Follow up-

·         Order Acceptance to customer after technical Acceptance at our end

·         Check commercial teams in Po & intimate to customer

·         Payment follow up

·         Coordination with other department such as Production, Purchase, Dispatch ,R&D

·         ERP related work

·         All the responsibilities given by management as & when required

Requirements:-

·         Proven working experience in sales 6 month to 2 year preferred ( fresher can considered if suitable )

·         Good computer skills (MS Office)

·         Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

·        Proficiency in English

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         B.com/B Sc./M Sc. Physics/ BE Electronics / Diploma Electronics. Diploma or Degree in business administration in Sales and Marketing

Salary Budget-

·        10000 to 12000 K/ month
