Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects to sell products and services or to collect feedback.
Handling inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries or concerns.
Providing information about the company's products, services, and policies to customers.
Keeping accurate records of all calls made and received, and maintaining a database of customer information.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and achieving sales targets.
Following up with customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborating with other team members, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to achieve common goals.
Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
Staying up-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends.
