Department : International Project Marketing (IPM)
Position: Manager – BD & Sales
Reporting : Head – IPM
PROJECT : International Real Estate Marketing to Indian Investors

Scope of Project :

360 degree analysis of International real estate markets (UK , Europe , Middle East , Singapore , US , Australia) in terms of market trends , laws & regulation , tax structures
Enhancing the visibility of the IPM brand via social media marketing.
Empanelment with Channel Partner and relationship building with existing ones.
Indepth analysis of existing International Projects .
Strategic framework for marketing International projects via STP approach.
Identifying and implementing activities that will result in lead generation for International projects.
