Desired Candidate & Job Profile:
Bankassurance Model is the relationship between a bank and an insurance company whereby the insurance company uses the bank sales channel in order to sell insurance products,
It’s an arrangement in which a bank and an insurance company form a partnership so that the insurance company can sell its products to the bank's client base.
Role and Responsibility:
1. Work closely & jointly with Banc assurance channel partner to ensure the life insurance business from Walkins of Canara Bank
2. Responsible for the Life insurance business of different Banks which they have Tie-up with the company.
· Candidate is On role and permanent role in CHOICE where other companies are taking candidates as an off role
· Candidates will get Annual Increment for average performers also
· For Every 6 months candidate will get Auto promotion
· If the candidate is achieved minimum 70% of his target he / She will be eligible for Incentive
· Every 2nd Saturday of the month will be off
· Apart from salary candidates are eligible for 3k per month as a conveyance, It’ll credit to candidate account No need to Submit the bills
· Target assigned to candidates based on allocated branches
should be a local candidate and well versed in Geographical locations
· Stability Should be good
· Should be the performer in last company
· · If the candidate carrying his achievement records and Goal sheet during the interview that will be good
· · The candidate should have experience in life insurance
· The candidate should be genuine and good in attitude
· The candidate should well groomed
· Candidate Should have two wheeler
