This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist Sales Operations at our Bengaluru location. As a Specialist Sales Operations, your responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, guiding them in their credit score improvement, and promoting our credit card services. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries or issues they may:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record in sales or customer service

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus

- Need to be good with Math Calculation
