Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with managers to identify hiring needs in different departments
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers
• Source applicants through online channels and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
• Coordinating with the selection process, collect necessary documents and do reference check to release the offer letter
