Job description
We are looking for Freshers who have an interest in software as an assignment which involves a lot of interpersonal skills.

We need Ideal Candidates committed to the job, hardworking and looking for a good career in Software development in the Backend area or Frontend area.
Enthusiastic to learn new technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS Markup, JAVAscript, basic knowledge of WordPress setup of XAMPP, Server language Responsive, WordPress Plugin development, WordPress Theme development, AMP & MySQL with open source technologies like WordPress.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist in the development, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients' delivery approach.
Responsibilities:

Provide product support to customers about their queries came through chat or email.

Diagnose and resolve customer problems and educate users on problem resolutions in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Ensure customer requirements are met with consistently high quality of service.

Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution.

Ensure that each support issue and resolution are adequately documented under the support system.

Determine which issues require software support and resolution.

Improve your communication and learning the technical industry terms.

Learning open source technologies.
