Telecaller responsibilities and duties
1. Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company.
2. Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our offers and fix meeting for sales team.
3. Responsible for calling customers & answering their queries related to the product/services.
4. Generate 20 leads Per day
5. Contact potential and existing customers to explain the product & services offered.
6. Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information.
7. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.
8. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
9. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
We are a Geetanjali Group.
We deal in Real estate in plotting segment, from last seven (7) year. In this 7 year we Completed 4 plotting project & 5 sold selling project. We had completed 3 NA plot project.

Now we deal in bhor & velha area in agriculture & Farm house plot.so currently we heaving 10 plots open that 2 Launch project and 3 prelaunch projects. So this is a Geetanjali Group we are looking to in Geetanjali Group Future journey as a Telesales / Marketing /sales Executive / Side Executive we are heaving our vision is complete every real estate customer need.( allotment of land from Guntha to acre) are mission is 100 plot sell in 9 year we sold 53 plots. Now are journey going on from 1 to 100.
